As a medior consultant at Reeleaf you are active throughout the project cycle and work closely with our clients. Truly a versatile role that offers many opportunities.

As a medior consultant you are mainly responsible for supervising and executing projects at the client. This is a role full of challenge and dynamics in every project phase: application, execution & control, completion & accountability.
You support the clients in your portfolio very versatile. From multiple roles: as advisor, trainer, coach and sparring partner. And in different teams: at the client, in projects and within Reeleaf, because we prefer to tackle each assignment in pairs.
Naturally, you will also provide project and/or financial management for the projects you manage. Do you run into problems? Then you can always fall back on your colleagues. We help each other to make great strides for our clients. And no two days are the same.
It gives you great satisfaction to organize every phase of a project well. You are an excellent project coordinator who keeps every project on track. You combine your expertise in project and financial management with directing the collaboration.
Like all your colleagues at Reeleaf, you easily find your way in very different environments and (work) cultures. From international to local, and from shop floor to boardroom. You have a flexible and proactive attitude and know that smart anticipation is the way to smooth collaboration. Creating atmosphere, keeping an eye on the whole, sensing when which stimulus is needed – it all comes easily to you.
